JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development Manager (BDM) will find new sales leads and develop relationships within target customers to penetrate the organization and open doors to new business opportunities within telecommunication and industrial electronics business sector in Asia region.
The ideal candidate will deploy global account strategy in conjunction with Management in order to achieve aims and objectives set for the business. BDM will be responsible for aggressively attacking business to ensure competitive take-away, market share growth and prime strategic positioning for future business successes. BDM will be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenues targets set by Management. BDM will communicate issues and problems back into company in order to drive and assist with resolution. BDM will identify, qualify and close new business in line with set quotas and engage appropriate resources from cross-functional teams to ensure successful business execution.
Additional responsibilities will be to own and manage related RFQs and act as prime in ensuring timely response delivery and feed information back into Management in support of developing Business Plans. BDM will regularly update company with customer data, new opportunity logs and plans.
REQUIREMENTS
? Location in own office in Scanfil Hangzhou factory? BA or BS qualified,MBA or M.Sc preferred
? Sales,commercial experience successfully exceeding quota with revenue responsibilities to 20M+
? Knowledge of CM/EMS industry with background in Manufacturing with an understanding of global Supply Chains
? Experience in selling to major telecom or industrial accounts a plus
? Experienced in developing design and manufacturing strategies that will achieve customer ROI and Profit objectives
? Experience in high-tech, high-end computing, networking, communications markets
? Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
? Fluent English language skills, China language skills advantage,
?Experience working with cross-functional teams in organizations
? Strong project manager with excellent ability to prioritize, multitask and organize
?Able to travel
METRICS
? Number of the new sales leads
? Number of the qualified new sales leads
? Number of the customer site visits
? Number of the customer visits at Scanfil site
? Amount of the created sales opportunities
? Amount of the quoted sales
? Amount of the won sales
? New introduced sales revenue/profit
? Quantity of new customer deals
? Quantity of new customer contracts
