客户技术方案代表
该职位归属于客户解决方案部门，主要工作是与销售人员合作或单独拜访客户，以推广我们的解决方案产品，推进UPS业务的发展或解决客户在供应链上遇到的问题。解决方案产品包括UPS客户技术解决方案以及UPS客户供应链解决方案。UPS客户技术解决方案包括客户发货/追踪/清关/退运/付款等方面的系统及流程的优化，UPS客户供应链解决方案主要对客户供应链进行分析、量化，并针对客户供应链存在的问题提供建议或帮助客户优化供应链。
  
1.  对于新客户，与销售人员一起拜访并了解客户的情况，利用解决方案解决客户初始阶段的疑虑与需求，帮忙销售部门赢得生意
2. 对于现有客户，定期与销售人员一同或单独拜访客户，倾听客户诉求，利用我们的服务和解决方案产品解决客户供应链的痛点，满足客户的需求
3. 根据部门年度解决方案推广计划筛选客户，制定拜访计划拜访客户，以推进相应解决方案的推广
 4.主导路区内客户的解决方案的实施，观察实施效果，并根据客户反馈及时做出调整

Solution Engagement Specialist
Job descriptions:
A Specialist level position within the country/area/city Business Development function. This person provide UPS customers advanced technology/special engineering solutions, also provides support to sales team to win business under the condition that no competitive price or service. The advanced technology solutions including UPS WorldShip Integration, all APIs, Complete View Suits, ConnectShip and etc.. The special engineering solutions include Supply Chian Assessment/Supply Chian Optimization/Business Process Reengineering/Sustainability/Broderage solutions and etc..

? Engaged in the prospect phase of the sales cycle and identify needs of the customers. Position UPS advanced technology solutions and special engineering solutions to meet these needs.
? Help customer to analyse their Supply Chain, uncover customer's pain points and use UPS solutions to resolve them.
? Use UPS solutions to support sales team to win business instead of focus on price or service.
? Use UPS advanced technology solutions and special engineering solutions to gain solution revenues which is addtional revenue above product/service revenue.
? Once customer confirm to use the solution, help dedicated team to deploy and maintain it.


Job requirements:
The educational requirements of this position include one or a combination of the following:
? Technology-related undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar field and/or:
? Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline and a minor in a technology-related field such as Computer Science or MIS
? Experience in hands-on implementation of information solutions for customers
? Project management experience
? Two years of technical support with UPS or another Fortune 500 company. Two years of technical sales support desirable
? Previous sales experience selling technology related products or services desirable 举报 分享
