Department Description:
Accounting SCS AR & TE
Tasks Description
1) Verify all incoming payments on daily basis , finish the allocations
in time and ensure the accuracy ;
2) Create dispute cases timely in case any problem to process bank
statement;
3) Check SSF tool timely and ensure SSF tickets feedback and action
taken within 24 hours;
4) Monitor AR open items, follow up with overdue, residual or dispute
items on regular basis;
5) Properly identify potential issues and escalate the issue to senior
accountant / team leader
6) Keep learning BEAM documentations and ensure our daily procedures be
aligned with BEAM strictly;
7) Ensure month end, quarter end and year-end closing smooth and
correct;
8) Well aware of AR KPIs and ensure the performance reach Global target;
9) Willing to back up for each other and support ad hoc tasks assigned
by TL;
10) Support external & internal audit and perform ICS controls in
his/her own area of expertise and responsibility
Requirements Description
Education:

? A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting.

Skills/experiences

? Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral
? Above 2 year accounting experience, better has experience in AR or
share service center
? Familiar with MS office, better to have SAP experience
? Be able to work under pressure
? Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task
