Main task and responsibilities
1.Company's Business Systems Support (RUN)
？ End-to-end support for Company's systems in-scope, in close co-operation with vendors and partners
？ ITIL processes adherence including Incident, Request and Problem management processes
？ Continual service improvement (CSI)
2.Business Systems Platform Development
？ Life cycle related changes
？ Output from CSI
？ Projects or changes
3.Knowledge Management
？ Company's Business System Platform Service Documentation
？ CMDB maintenance
4.Operational IT Security and Compliancy
Prerequisites:
? Experience with Progress and UNIX desired. SAP, Salesforce and other commonly used programming languages i.e. Java, C# experience beneficial.
? ITIL based ITSM process understanding
? Good overall IT technical knowledge, solutions and services
? IT Architecture understanding
? Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
? Team Player: Ability to effectively collaborate with local, and global counterparts
? Company's Business and processes understanding especially for the main responsibility areas
? Cost & Value Consciousness
? Self-motivated and proactive
