职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责寻找符合公司投资标准的项目和公司资源，进行项目筛选；
2、负责对拟投资的行业及项目进行分析、研究和评估，进行投资项目可行性分析；
3、为投资项目准备推介性文件，完成尽职调查报告及框架协议等相关内容，并拟订项目投资建议书；
4、协助完成投资实施环节各项具体事务；
5、参与已投项目的跟踪管理，协助完成项目的退出工作；
6、参与拟订公司投融资方案并落实执行。

任职资格：
1、本科法律毕业，具有3-5年股权投资相关工作经验，熟悉私募基金全流程法律文件，复合学科优先。
2、熟悉项目投资基本运作流程，具备实际项目投资经验，有过项目退出经历者优先；
3、熟悉各种项目尽职调查报告，财务分析，投融资文件的撰写；
4、熟悉投融资部门资本运作体系；
5、思路敏捷，沟通能力强，团队合作精神佳，积极进取，开拓务实；
6、英语听说读写流利；
7、要求工作高效率，能及时完成工作任务。 举报 分享
