职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the accurate, complete and timely delivery of the GL of the company by directing, assisting and reviewing timely and accurate financial statements, schedules and reports for the subsidiaries in compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, Company policies and procedures as required.
2. Direct, assist and review the monthly, quarterly and annual close process for the company with US GAAP. This includes completion of journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy.
3. Providing guidance and expertise in analyzing financial data to resolve discrepancies, and provide timely reconciliations of accounting information.
4. Perform Accounting acitivities that are highly complex and sensitive in nature. Assist in implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
5. Assist in preparation of internal and external audit activities as required.

Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree required in Accounting, CPA or ACCA a plus
2. Advanced knowledge of US GAAP as well as PRC accounting principles and regulatory practices and highly technical expertise required in accounting?finance.
- Working knowledge of accounting systems and software
- Biochemicals or Chemicals industry a plus.
3. 5 years accounting related job experience required. Including experience with full cycle accounting processes and consolidation. Senior manager from Big 4 preferred
4. Good Analysis and Problem Solving skills ; Results orientation; Good Influnce and communication skills; Good teamwork
