Job title: UI Designer
Function: Digital & Marketing
Reports to: Head of User Experience
Sub Function: China division
Location: Shanghai, China
Job purpose: Manage online marketing campaigns, work closely with product teams & agencies
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 8]:
? Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces that are effortless to use across multiple devices
? Create and advance site-wide style guides to implement the visual language of Thomas Cook
? Create pixel-perfect UI deliverables for developers
? Work closely with web developers and provide limited direction as necessary
? Create design assets to aid in on-site promotions and marketing campaigns Skills, know-how and experience [max 8]:
Must have:
? Experience with UI design patterns and creating user-centered designs
? Able to design responsive sites and mobile
? Experience with design and prototyping tools (Must know Sketch, I***ision and Photoshop)
? Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies
? Good understanding of e-commerce, marketing and branding principles
? Able to work independently and is attentive to details
? Keep an open mind when listening to feedback
? Love travelling

Preferred:
? 4+ years of design experience for both web and mobile at an agency or in-house at a digitally-focused company
Technical / professional qualifications:
