职位描述：
Main Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for OEM market research, supplier selection and price & trade terms negotiation;
2. Work with all BU in Asia closely to develop OEM projects & strategy for business growth;
3. Drive project initiation and work with cross functions team to get better cost structure;
4. Develops and implements material management activities to service all BUs in the region, maintain all applicable purchasing files and update purchasing database, suppliers on site audit;
5. Communicate effectively to each site and each BU regionally to meet their needs;
6. Work with global category team to align with global sourcing strategy;
7. Lead OEM project team to complete the suppliers & products qualification and manage buy/make strategy with internal team.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in Mandarin and English required;
2. B.S. Degree, Project Management or Chemistry preferred, MBA a plus;
3. 6-10 years Chemical industry experience required, Purchasing/Sourcing. OEM Sourcing experience preferred;
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
5. Team Player with the ability to effectively participate on regional cross functional teams;
6. Strong communicates with the cross functions / BU in the region;
7. Strong leadership for project / team management;
