职位描述：
职位: 制程工艺工程师
工作地点: 浙江湖州长兴
Responsibilities:
Standardize hardware, process controls, data collected and installation methods (SMED) to reduce changeover times, improve process stability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
？Use key process indicators (KPI) to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
？Work with peer groups to identify underlying root cause for process instability and drive effective corrective actions.  Assure horizontal deployment wherever applicable.
？In collaboration with peer groups, develop and improve means of documenting process parameters and change control.
？Create and maintain procedures and instructions to support and improve the integrated management system (IMS)
？Lead cross functional teams to perform DFMEA, PFMEA, to solve problems or implement projects.  Act as a supporting resource on the corrective action team
？Identify opportunities to drive improvement utilizing Lean manufacturing best practices.
？Recommend equipment selection and provide input into preventative maintenance practices 
？Support risk assessment efforts as relate to safety, environmental and business
？Support new product and process development (NPD) development to meet customer requirements.  Strives to replicate design conditions during first article production.
？Conduct time and motion studies to establish target cycle times and the basis for capacity calculations
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: 
？Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or other technical disciplineExperience with manufacturing processes such as die casting or plastics injection molding is required
？Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC), I/O and data acquisition to characterize process performance and control is preferred
？3~5 years of technical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment in a technical support or engineering role is required
？Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices
？Very good written and oral communication skills and a data–driven analytical capability
？Good computer skills with high competence in MS Office tools and ERP systems.  Capability to adopt new software tools with proficiency.
？CAD software knowledge desirable
？Domestic and international travel required;
