职位描述：
岗位职责
1、确保与客户良好的日常交流，确保客户员工的满意度，并报告上级经理。
2、监督执行爱玛客的质量标准，执行营运点卫生与安全标准。
3、确保餐厅的日常运营，给出客户员工在用餐方面的专业建议。
4、负责下属员工管理工作，保持下属员工的稳定性。
5、给予下属员工关于餐饮服务方面的专业培训。
6、负责餐厅的人事行政工作
7、确保通过正确的行为规范，树立给客户、顾客以及访问者良好的爱玛客形象。

任职要求:
1、良好的领导能力、沟通能力和服务意识。
2、2年以上餐饮行业工作经历，其中至少1年以上服务领域团队管理经验。
3、具备酒店服务领域经验者优先考虑。 举报 分享
