RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attention to detail in order to key accurate information, and maintain accurate files both manually and computerized;
2. Index 2 and Post vender invoice (PO/Non PO), check the related information (Vendor Name, Address, PO, Price, Quantity, Amount, etc.);
3. Forward the invoice workflow with discrepancy issue to AP exception handler timely and fully remark the problem details;
4. Trouble shooting and simple problem solving for assigned AP activities;
5. Support to clear outstanding GRIR items , overdue AP items and pre-payment in timely manner;
6. Take care of invoice posting including calculation based on invoice information according to country tax regulation;
7. Timely process the staff T&E claims;
8. Coordinate the frequent issues encounter during processing T&E claims especially with country wise minority language requirement;
9. Perform Intercompany purchase to pay process and related charge back payment;
10. Prepare GIT working paper to ensure smooth AP monthly end closing;
11. Trouble shooting and coordinate the ICAP process;
12. Ad hoc tasks assigned by AP Supervisor.
SKILLS:
1. BA, major in accounting /finance, 2 years administrative or AP working experiences;
2. Good communication for different local language;
3. Work with high volume in systematic way;
4. With positive attitude, a team player;
5. Quick learner and Can work under pressure;
6. Strong attention to detail - working with hard-copy documents and system data as well;
7. High degree of integrity, both personally and professionally;
8. Live convenient to take the shuttle bus.
