美国上市公司下属子公司，在中国有两家工厂，在亚太有4个销售办公室，Asia GM领导亚太full function team。希望候选人有P&L管控的经验，带领过国际化的团队，有大型的精密的组装设备行业经验。

Position: Asia GM
Report to: Global GM
Subordiantes: 8~10 direct reports
Location: Suzhou, China

Main responsibilities
-Responsible for overall Asia P&L
-Responsible to lead the Asia management team to meet business requirements
-Responsible to coordinate with Global team to work out Asia strategy and execute the plans
-Responsible to maintain good relationship with key clients and handle client's complaints
-Responsible to monitor the manufacturing operation, continousely improve the quality and capacity, reduce the cost and cycle time
-Responsible to identify the risks and improvement opportunities and provide resources and support to implement the projects via 6 Sigma, Lean, ERP system, etc.
-Responsible to develop talents and improve organization effeciency.

Qualificatioins
-Bachelor degree, MBA preferred
-8+ years of high management experience, responsible for P&L
-International company background
-Experienced in automation equipment manufacutring
-Know well about electronics manufacturing processes
-Proficient in Mandarin and very fluent in English communication
-Ambious, leadership, team working, result drivin
