职位描述：
1. Collect payment applications from various suppliers or internal departments;
2. Review invoices and other supportings received and verify its validity before booking;
3. Communicate with relevant process responsibles on related process specific problems;
4. Ensure correct cost allocation among internal cost centres and record into the Accounting System;
5. Keep track of invoice due dates and arrange proper payment schedule for timely and correctly payments;
6. Responsible for AP related accounts monthly reconciliation;
7. Assist in AP project including procedure optimization and system improvement;
8. Other ad hoc projects where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance, accounting or related field, preferably specialized in AP sector;
2. Experience in retail industry being a plus;
3. Bachelor degree in Finance, accounting or other relevant subjects;
4. Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations, relevant qualification is great valued;
5. Fluency in Mandarin and English, Spanish being a plus;
6. Strong PC skills required;
7. Team spirit, attention to details, able to work under pressure. 举报 分享
