职位描述
Purpose of the position
To be accountable for Suzhou area operation (including N2 Generator, Liqufier,H2 Generator etc) ,CES site service and gas supply to customers (on sites and pipelines)
Principal responsibilities
-Customer focus, well communication and service with customer, especially in international company
-Ensures all SHEQ & operation standards/procedures in place and well following, comply with Linde and local requirements
-Responsible for site production, PvD to achieve reliable & cost effective customer supply
-Visible leadership in operations team
-Ownership of all initiatives in sites
-Work with Performance and Reliability team for plant efficiency and maintenance & spare parts plan and execution to keep plant reliability and safety
-Training operators with training manager together
-Take the role of site coordination with different functions and maintaining good relationship with local authorities
-Control operating cost under budget
-CES sites service

Required key skills

Required qualifications/experience
-Degree in engineering discipline
-At least 5 years experience with process plant and field operations and a management capacity, experience in international company is preferred.
-Well understanding of Linde operations BOP, which are applicable for the region
