Requirements:
1. To assist on recruitment work, including screening CVs, arranging interviews;
2. To update employee HR files and related information on time;
3. To assist in carrying out employee training activities;
4. To assist on employee on-board and exit process;
5. To assist employee in handling of social insurance and local working-resident permit;
6. Attendance management;
7. Office administration duties, including company stamps management, assist car and driver arrangement and reception work;
8. To assist on registration, renewal or change of company business license and other certificates;
9. To assist in handling of labor disputes;
10. To handle working permit, resident permit, working visa etc. for foreign employee;
11. Other task assigned by company.
任职要求:
l. College degree or above ;
2. More than one year working experience or outstanding graduates of related major;
3. Good English in writing, reading and speaking;
4. Good communication skill;
5. Good computer skill (MS office etc.).
