Gap International Sourcing Limited is a regional sourcing operation for the Gap Inc., one of the world's largest specialty retailers, with more than 3,200 stores in US, Canada, UK, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan and China and fiscal 2010 revenues of US$14.66 billion. We operate five of the most recognized apparel brands in the world - Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Piperlime and Athleta.
With our strategy to continue our growth, we are looking for energetic candidates with good caliber to join our Social Responsibility Team and based in Shenzhen
Social Responsibility Specialist base in Shenzhen
Job Responsibilities:
? Monitor suppliers in compliance with the Gap's code of vendor conduct and relevant legal requirements
? Partner and support suppliers to formulate effective action plans to overcome issues found in their organizations
? Educate and influence suppliers to establish and maintain sound preventive measures to sustain the compliance performance
? Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
? University graduate with 2-4 years' relevant working experience
? Experience in US Buying Office is definite advantage
? Work with high integrity, proactive, and self-discipline
? Enthusiastic, team player and can take on pressure
? Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
? Proficient in both Mandarin & English
? Frequent travels
