Responsibilities:
1. Optimize the foundation of tax management, including Tax manual, tax burden analysis and tax timeline management etc.;
2. Review business contract and alert the risk from tax perspective;
3. Timely update the tax policies and propose action plan to mitigate company risk;
4. Daily operation on Tax declaration and manage well tax payment estimation;
5. Optimize invoice management process to meet requirements of invoices management; and timely prepare VAT invoices reconciliation;
6. Review and release accounting entries which related to tax, and propose adjustment entry based on sufficient support documents, to ensure Financial data accuracy and timeliness;
7. Ensure all cash in & out cross border will be proceed timely and conform with SAFE regulations;
8. Actively response to the Tax and FX inspection, information collection from local authority and monitoring the progress and related action plan;
9. Keep good relationship with tax and SAFE.
Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Tax or Finance;
2. Minimum 4 years experiences in Tax function;
3. Accounting firm experiences in a plus;
4. Strong understanding of China Tax Policy and FX regulations, as well as PRC GAAP and IFRS;
5. Good computer knowledge (excel/word/PowerPoint/ERP), SAP experience is a plus;
6. Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
