职位描述：
Provide professional service to end-user, retailer, dealer, 4S store and OEM customer; Make the consulting base on the product warranty and the product knowledge
为消费者、零售店、代理商、4S店和OE客户，提供专业的服务；为他们提供轮胎知识咨询服务

Answer the 400 call, identify customer requirements, and finish below jobs:
1. Provide product consultation service for customer, about product warranty, product knowledge, product FAB and use condition…
为客户提供产品知识的咨询服务，如产品保证，产品知识、产品特性及使用条件…
2. Provide product claim assistance, tell customer about the routine complaint process, and ensure accurate delivery of information both customer and responsible sales or after sales service specialist, and tracking processing results
提供产品投诉的协助，告诉客户常规的投诉流程，并确保信息准确传递给给客户、负责的销售或理赔专员，并且追踪处理结果
3. Provide price policy ,channel policy… assistance, and make sure accurate delivery of information both customer and responsible sales, and tracking processing results
提供价格和渠道政策等的协助，确保信息准确传递给客户和负责的销售，并且追踪处理结果
4. Provide assistance to any service action or recalls, to ensure correct information to the public
为任何的服务行动或召回工作提供帮助，确保准确的信息发布及传达
5. Update 400 phone records and processing results every day
每天发布更新的400电话记录及相关的处理进度

Other job support:
1. Provide the technical information for labeling in time, base on the requirements of order shipping in import, CKT and PCT
基于来自进口,CKT和PCT订单的需求，按时提供标签需求的技术信息
2. Irregular technical data support for POP and product manual
不定期的POP和产品手册技术信息支持
3. Industry information collection monthly
依月度的行业信息收集
4. Daily document management of after sales team
日常售后团队的文件管理
