Title职位:Purchasing Assistant / 采购助理
Dept/Div 所属部门:SG China Delegation Purchasing Department / 圣戈班中国代表处采购部
Reports to 直接主管:Purchasing Director of SG China Delegation / 圣戈班中国代表处采购总监
Job Purpose:
To replace the current purchasing assistant Sammi SUN during her maternity leave (from Sep./Oct. 2012)
For taking charge of Reporting, E-Tools, General Assistance as well as certain categories of purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
(A)Collect / consolidate / analyze the related data from SG China Entities (as well as outside sources) for building and following-up the Delegation monthly reporting:
-Raw Materials
-Energies
-Transport
-Etc.
(B)With help of and in link with the Group headquarter related departments, deploy the Group’s Purchasing E-Tools and provide necessary training and support (as key user) to SG China Entities:
-ProSource
-ProCube
-ProcureNet
-Auction
(C)Handle general affaires and provide general assistance to the team of SG China Delegation Purchasing Department
-OA & SAP handling
-Purchasing website update & maintenance
-Following-up and update of the contact lists of SG China Sourcing / Purchasing / Logistics community
-General assistance to the team and related visitors: translation / interpreter, trip schedule, meeting or training preparation / organization, hotel & tickets booking, external guests’ reception etc.
(D)Take direct charge of certain purchasing categories as Lead Buyer (such as Hotel, Translation Service, Office Supplies, Travel Agents), or provide special assistance / support to other Lead Buyers for related purchasing tasks
-Preliminary collection of needs or specifications
-Supplier market survey
-Supplier selection / comparison (RFI, evaluation etc.)
-Vendor-list set-up(long, short)
-Handle qualification process of suppliers
-Follow-up Request For Quotation process (RFQ)
-Handle the negotiation process
-Manage contractual process with qualified Suppliers in interface with internal customers
-Build and maintain the contracts following-up and manage supplier relationship
-Set up and maintain supplier evaluation system: audit, financial evaluation, ranking, skills etc
-Make regular statistics and reporting
Qualification Requirements:
Typical Education Level 教育背景:
- Bachelor degree or above.
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能:
- 2 years relevant experience in an international company (secretary / assistance, sourcing/purchasing, or sales/marketing).
- Excellent English (oral and written), French is a plus (in particular written).
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Preferred personal characteristics 个性特点:

- Well organized
- Good skills of internal and external communication
- Good rigor and chariness.
- Good esprit of team & service.
- Good integrity and reliability.
