Job Title Operation Specialist

Job description：
Roles & Responsibilities
? Work independently to drive various projects, e.g. internal training, external workshop, communication coordinating and feedback collecting.
? Prepare monthly and quarterly report for English Program and Readiness Program.
? Planning & organizing team activities;
? Supporting people development program;
? Provide support on training workshops:
o Employee and customer training coordination
o internal and external communication
o host customer visit and arrange logistics
o training set up
o training feedback collection
o training catalog and website update
o others related operation & logistic work
? Handle internal/external training related operational tasks:
o marketing content creation and translation
o process update
o intellectual inventory management
o logistic arrangement for customer onsite training

Requirements and Skills：
Education
? Bachelor Degree
? Marketing, Business Management or English major is preferred
Knowledge
? Fundamental knowledge of IT industry
? Proficient skill at Microsoft Office, especially for Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and SharePoint
? PMP certificate is preferred
Skill
? Fluent English Skill and excellent written English/Chinese skill. Can independently handle English Con-call
? Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
? Work independently and proactively to drive result
? Good problem solving skill
Working Experience
? 5+ year working experience in service industry
? Experience on training or project management will be valued
