Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for monthly advanced, production and overseas payment;
2. Responsible for daily financial operation communication with external and government departments;
3. Responsible for complete the monthly preparation of financial statements, and promptly clean up account receivables and account payables;
4. Responsible for the company's financial statements, accounting books, accounting supporting and client contract binding keeping;
5. Responsible for the financial management of the bank settlement documents, etc. bank payment services, buying VAT Invoice;
6. Responsible for invoicing and job closure in system;
7. fulfill the role of “Accounting liaison” working closely with other areas of the business, including account service, traffic etc.;
8. learn additional processes with the mindset of identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
1. More than 2 years’ experience in related position;
2.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a Bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in accounting, is required;
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel tool;
4. Good command of English (level 6 or above);
5. Open and easy-going, great sense of team spirit; willing to undertake any work pressure;
6. Skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data;
7. Have excellent work habits,and deadline oriented.
