Job Description

Primary Function:
The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver HR contribution to the business objectives as a dedicated Senior HR professional, in the development, implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives. This is a highly visible position including frequent interaction with senior level leaders of Electrical APAC.
Essential Functions:
- Recruit through placement of job openings, searching the resume, conducting job interviews, and working with Talent Acquisition team to monitor recruitment targets – time to accept, to ensure open position is filled in a targeted period.
- Manage the offer process, give coaching to the hiring managers during the interview and hiring process.
- Manage on boarding process.
Lead to improve the talent acquisition process to maximize the efficiency and shorten the hiring leadtime, and improve HR operational excellence.
- Partner with business leaders to review and analyze manpower planning tools, & forecast the needs, and come up with short term and long term plans to fulfill the needs.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- 5 years recruitment or HR generalist experience.
- Strong Presentation & facilitation skills.
- Superior interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and make decisions independently as well as the ability to know when to ask for help
- Experience with HR analytics and measurements that drive business results.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Solid understanding of business metrics. Strong PC experience including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good English language skills.
