Main Responsibilities:
1. Pulling talent profiles, performance/potential assessment results and other supporting documents and reports for talent activities;
2. Providing metrics and insights based on specific needs of talent planning cadence;
3. Designing and maintaining talent related dashboards and share insights with key stakeholders;
4. Partnering with HRBPs to track, update, and glean information on open and anticipated roles on regular basis for talent/succession planning;
5. Leveraging data, systems, and interactions with business to formulate insights that can educate future programs, processes, and policies;
6. Ensuring data accuracy in talent systems by holding data providers accountable;
7. Generating ad hoc talent reports/analysis as requested and supporting talent review preparation and sessions;
8. Monitoring general talent processes and providing system administrative support;
9. Offering system training and support to HRBPs and other key users where needed.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
2. Experience in HR is preferred, and experience with talent systems is a plus;
3. Analytical and problem solving skills;
4. Action orientation and strong attention to details;
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate fluently in English;
6. Ability to manage conflicting priorities;
7. Willingness to work under ambiguity;
8. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build and leverage relationships.
