HR BP:
1. Recruiting:
a) Communicate with business units effectively to analyze their needs, assist in setting up and implementing recruitment strategy and plan;
b) Manage the recruiting process and effectively fill the required positions; work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices;
c) Work closely with recruitment service venders and ensure recruitment channel effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency;
2. Employee Training & Development:
a) Support in various training programs for development of different target groups, esp. leadership development program and young potential program etc.
b) Provide support in employee training and development according to business need and HQ HR framework
c) Develop training concept and content for in-house training
d) Analyze training effectiveness and feedback from associates and management, and make improvement recommendation
3. Compensation and Benefit Structuring
a) Support BU in effective compensation and benefit structuring
b) Provide framework for salary grading, gap analysis and implementation of corrective measures
c) Assist BU managers in the annual performance target setting, target evaluation, provide framework and HR advice for performance bonus and salary increase
4. Employee retention and relationship management
a) Provide BU managers with professional advice in team management, employee retention and relationship management
b) Manage employment disputes and implement disciplinary measures if required
c) Minimize employment risks
5. Administration and others
a) Supervise the administration team in Central China to provide support for efficient business process operation
b) Other assignment as designated by the supervisor
Qualifications & Abilities:
1. University degree or equivalent major in human resource management, business administration, etc.
2. Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in multi-national companies and at least 3 years’ experience in staffing function;
3. Good understanding of HR policies and practices in China.
4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
