要 求：
1. 5-10 years experience on quality control and management, or inspection.
2. Good understanding of manufacturing process, and ability to find out the potential quality control problems during mass production, and improve the production line with factory.
3. Good understanding of product testing and int'l requirements.
4. Strong technical background, factory experience and foreign trading firm experience is an advantage.
5. Experience on household products, e.g. kitchenware, cutlery, glassware, electrical appliances, luggage, toy, card & album is highly recommended.
6. University graduation in technical background is an advantage.
7. Strong analytical skill and strong problem solving skills.
8. Responsible, self-disciplined, able to work under pressure and work independently.
9. Good command of Mandarin and written English. Good command of spoken English is an advantage.

职 责：
1. To provide technical supports to Sourcing Team in HK during product development stage.
2. Frequently to go to factory to resolve all the quality and technical problems of the products, and work close with factory how to improve the products.
3. To provide professional advices to factory for production process improvements for mass production.
4. To conduct factory audit according to company requirement in respects of quality and social compliance.
5. To conduct inline inspection and pre-shipment inspection in factory.
6. To report to QA Manager in HK office.
