要 求:
Experience in consulting preferred, preferably combined with experience in training and development
Sense of ownership, high level of initiative and self-organization
Analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook. Proficient computing skills, comfortable with IT/system tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
Project management skill. Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, high attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups
Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service oriented environment
Flexibility, ability to adapt to last minute changes and needs, able to work under pressure, proactively seek solutions, willingness to travel
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual team environment, partnering across functions, geographies, cultures and staff levels within Company. Able to build trust and respect with trainers and trainees
Convey a strong positive personal and professional image with excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics
Highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly
Desire to grow professionally, seek and act on feedback
Bachelor degree, preferably with business or HR focus
3-5 years of work experience in related discipline

Position :Training & Development Specialist, Greater China
Position summary:
Successful candidate for the Training & Development Specialist position needs to be well organized, service oriented, efficient and smart. He/she enjoys a dynamic working environment involving professionals across different levels and has a strong strive for excellence. He/she should also have strong interest to learn about training and development; and is motivated to develop creative ideas in developing training and development programs.
Principal duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:
Working together with GC Training & Development Manager to oversee Greater China local training and career development for Consulting Team:
- Develop annual training and development calendar and budget
- Identify training needs for Consulting Team. Modify and improve programs based on competency needs and feedback received
- Support design and preparation of programs with external and internal trainers, as well as oversee/manage program implementation
- Develop and pilot new training programs/initiatives as appropriate
- Manage external training vendors as needed
- Revamp existing and develop new training materials
- Design and implement CD(Career Development) initiatives for "CD excellence" to raise the service level of CD and to improve the CD experience for Consulting Team
Working closely with GC local training coordinator, GC career development coordinators and AP regional training coordinators to ensure smooth execution of training and career development events
- Coordinate training assignment with regional / WW training team
- Oversee logistics of training events
