Demonstrated ability to execute both online and traditional training programs
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured, remote environment
Excellent time management skills
Expert proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Internet use
Good understanding of technical concepts e.g. IP, Firewalls, Client/Server applications and Databases.
Experience and Education:
1-2 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
Understanding of pharmaceutical drug development and/or commercialization process helpful, but not a prerequisite
Proven success in working with clients
BA/BS required

外资的咨询公司,专做医药行业各类分析报告。该职位要求候选人是医学相关专业,本科及以上文凭,有良好的沟通能力和英文能力。有客户服务意识。市中心上班。
Responsibilities include:
Conduct client training sessions, including regular Web-based presentations
Resolve front line product and/or technical support submissions
Respond to specific kinds of data requests from clients
Build strong and professional relationships with clients
Work with management to help identify client training needs, and develop training collateral and content
Identify new business opportunities to escalate to sales staff
Travel as necessary to meet clients training needs
Escalate complex technical problems to 3rd line/3rd party support and manage the clients expectations of a resolution to these problems.
Document resolutions to technical problems so that they can be handled by Client Services without escalation to 3rd line/3rd party support.
