Adams Thermal Systems (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. has an immediate opportunity for a Quality Supervisor in our Hangzhou office.

Responsibilities/工作职责
Quality Management Duties/质量管理职责
Ensure suppliers’ compliance with company requirements and standards in quality.
Monitor and continuously improve Supplier Quality Performance.
Support and ensure timely Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) with suppliers.
Responsible for maintaining supplier PPAP and quality records.
Communicates and monitors supplier compliance with TS 16949 and other quality systems.
Verify supplier measurement system is appropriate to the application.
Conduct supplier audit and evaluation process.
Coordinates disposition of supplier deviation requests and non-conformances.
Managing quality issues and corrective actions, ensure timely and effective submission and implementation of 8D.
Purchasing Support Duties/采购支持职责
Support Purchasing Manager to participates contract negotiations and vendor selection in China.
Research and negotiate new and existing supply contracts to stay competitive.
Ensure maintenance of supplier delivery, quality, and price commitments.
Read, interpret and communicate product drawings and related standard specifications.
Qualifications/Requirements/任职资格：
? A good combination of at least 6 years’ work experience in:
1. Engineering roles of automotive or construction machinery and their subsystems industries
2. Supplier Quality Management roles
3. Purchasing, Sourcing, Procurement roles
? Demonstrated skill and knowledge in TS 16949 and its major tools.
? Demonstrated experience in metrology, calibration, gage R&R and statistical techniques as applied to statistical quality control and analysis of variation.
? Demonstrated knowledge and skill in drawing interpretation and GD&T.
? Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on metal fabrication, CNC, extrusion, castings, injection molding, brazing, and welding.
? Related professional certifications and training records in Quality Assurance or Management field.
Other Requirements:
? MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT (better than average)
? Excellent in English reading and writing/ Average English speaking skills required
? Ability to work in cross-functional teams
? Travel as needed to various supplier locations including other Asian countries.
? Valid Chinese driver’s license
