要 求：
8+ years of textile manufacturing quality related experience with at least 4 years experience at the supervisory or managerial level.
Familiar with generic quality related areas such as Social Compliance Audit, AQL sampling, lab dip approval, workmanship criteria, and sample review.
Strong proactive and decisive leader with demonstrated ability in providing direction and holding subordinates accountable for results.
Detail oriented and organized problem solver.
Strong skills in the English language both written and in reading.
Able to analyze data to foresee problems and recommend and implement resolutions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage processes to ensure all shipments meet established specifications and standards.
Monitor the inspection processes, provide direction, and coach associates to provide quality, timely and consistent performance management reviews as well as support ongoing performance recognition as well as take disciplinary action as needed.
Oversee the inspection process to include but not limited to distributing inspection tasks to QC staff, reviewing inspection reports to ensure that the information is clear and procedures are followed.
Update certifications in organic cotton, Supima, Uniform Registry Number, Sterilization Permit etc.
Oversee the training and compliance to ensure Suppliers, Field Quality Assurance Technicians and Merchandisers meet company specifications and standards.
Manage the development, implementation and enforcement of testing and inspection procedures and monitor the mill’s quality performance and promptly and if applicable proactively provide a performance plan and timeline to suppliers.
Review monthly the quality and testing performance results with suppliers and follow-up on action items.
Prepare regular summaries to show how the mass production product might differ from existing standards of quality or initial testing or reliability and offer recommendations to improve upon current methods.
Provides documentation of all test results and submits reports to the corporate office as requested.
Execute internal quality and compliance policies and monitor and report regularly. Monitor suppliers’ retailer social compliance status and assist new suppliers with preparing for social compliance audits.
Manage new programs execution and provide support such as workmanship critic, sample review, lab-dip approval, and keep QC staff and QC assistant well-informed of the key testing points and inspection points
Report regularly suppliers’ capacity including subcontractor addition and drop out, strength and weakness, and key personnel changes.
Ensure QC sends in new product and competition product information
Solve mass production quality issues by discussing with corporate quality team and find solution at the suppliers
