10+ years combined sales and customer service including management experience preferred
Renewal experience and experience closing business preferred
Bachelor's degree or above, MBA preferred
Contribute to building a positive team spirit
Successfully prioritize and reprioritize tasks from day to day
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
Strong organizational, project management, problem solving and decision making skills.
Self-motivated and able to stay on task
Provide stellar customer service
Lead by example
Working knowledge of personal computers, power user in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Communicate clearly and effectively across departments
Excellent written and spoken English
Possible travel to seminar/event (~10%)

职 责：
General Description:
The Director of Supplier Services develops and manages a high-performance sales team to generate targeted supplier pools and convert to paid members. Meets or exceeds monthly new sold and renewal goals.
Successfully anticipates a customer's needs in order to manage their account appropriately with the end result being a renewed service plan. Meets or exceeds monthly new sold and renewal goals.
Works in cooperation with other departments in order to accomplish customer development and retention goals.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Design and implement the Company's strategic goals and procedures on sales programs and services.
Develop and maintain a high-performance Direct Sales team to achieve company sales goal
Hands-on managing an effective Supplier Customer Services Team to gain customer loyalty and achieve renewal target
Develop and periodically evaluate commission plans (Sales and Tele-marketing) and motivated system for Customer Services
Develop and harmonize cross-functional collaborations to conduct successful company promotions, buyer services projects and other events
Test new site functionality and offer constructive feedback to IT/Product Development
Recruit, train, supervise and develop department staff.
Coordinate or participate in other projects and perform other duties as directed.
