Major Responsibilities:
1. Review and validate payment supporting documents, and prepare payments in online banking system;
2. Prepare bank reconciliations and handle other bank related issues;
3. Prepare accounting entries and handle monthly accounting closing;
4. Manage bookkeeping, accounting and reporting in accordance with applicable accounting regulations of PRC;
5. Prepare monthly working capital reports;
6. Issue invoices, tax calculations and reporting to PRC tax authorities;
7. Complete annual tax filling;
8. Prepare company internal analysis reports;
9. Complete Quarterly SOX tests;
10. Liaison with external and internal auditors for the company auditing;
11. Complete annual inspection in government departments;
12. Keep good relationship with Tax bureau and other government departments.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of Bachelor degree and major in accounting or finance;
2. Minimum of 6 years full-time experience in accounting. At least 3 years work experience in foreign invested company;
3. Good experience in using financial system;
4. Independently prepare accounting vouchers, ledgers and financial statements in English in a timely manner;
5. Knowledge or experiences in using Hyperion will be an advantage;
6. Good in English communication both in written and oral;
7. Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
8. A person has high sense of responsibility, diligent, devoted, co-operative and confidential awareness.
