职位描述：
With the rising business in China, we’re looking for QC/Inspectors who is willing to travel.
If you like to manage yourself autonomously and to travel around, welcome to take the chance to join us!

As a QC in Cal-Scan, your main responsibilities are described as following:
？ Perform the pre-shipment inspection before the shipment of the PO in supplier site;
？ Perform the in-line inspection during the production period;
？ Perform sample review in NPI stages;
？ Write inspection reports and sample review reports to submit for review;
？ Communicate and escalate any abnormal issues detected in supplier side.
？ Analysis and find solutions on-site for the problem detected and/or customer claimed;
？ Follow-up actions in supplier side for any abnormal cases related to quality;
？ Co-ordinate with the supply chain team to develop a good relationship with the supplier;

To fulfill the job tasks, you need to have the following skills:
？ Knowledge of furniture product, manufacturing process & raw materials;
？ Usage of tools: ruler, caliper, camera, MS software…etc.
？ Writing & Reading English

If you can have the below experience, you will be outstanding among the candidates:
？ Knowledge of indoor or outdoor furniture;
？ Knowledge of materials of solid wood, rattan, fabric & metal;
？ Initiation in communication & response
？ High sense of organization

We are looking for a talent QC who is integrated and honest to be an eye of the company in the supplier field to present the facts going on and evaluate the potential risks.

Work location: Guangdong (Shenzhen preferred) or Zhejiang (Anji preferred)
We provide all the packages for insurance according to the local regulations.

？ 订单出货前执行出货检验；
？ 订单生产时执行在线检验；
？ 新产品导入阶段执行样品评估；
？ 撰写检验评估报告；
？ 与公司沟通汇报任何异常情况；
？ 分析和解决检验或客户反馈的问题；
？ 跟踪供应商的质量改善措施；
？ 与采购团队协作维护供应商关系

为胜任工作职责，你需要具备如下技能：
？ 熟悉家具产品，生产工艺和原材料；
？ 熟悉常用工具的使用：卷尺，游标卡尺，相机，Office办公室软件等；
？ 良好的书面阅读英语能力。

如果你具有如下经验/资质，你将会在求职者中脱颖而出：
？ 熟悉室内或户外家具；
？ 熟悉实木，编藤，纺织和铁件工艺；
？ 主动沟通，及时反馈；
？ 高效组织安排能力。
