Job responsibilities:
The procurement Manager manages the Chinese procurement team in Shenzhen (10 people) and will be in charge of ensuring on time delivery & visibility for all BUT Sourcing order from Asia to France (Around 10000 orders a year)
He/she will ensure 100% accuracy of the data update and be able to identify problems, analyze alternatives, and develop viable recommendations for any issue spotted.
- Manage the procurement’s coordinator job: Ensure that all the orders tool are updated to assure orders transparency; Supervise and find solutions for all the procurement issues (delay orders, quantity’s, shipping …)
- Supervise all the procurement meetings with the other departments in China and France department; Provide weekly report of suppliers’ issues
- Monitor and manage the performance of key suppliers; Establishes improvement targets and measurements
- Push suppliers to comply with our buyers’ needs
- Other assignments related to the position arranged by the Manager
Requirements:
- College degree or above
- Five years’ experience in positions of increasing responsibility within the Procurement field
- Familiar with Procurement processes in ERP systems
- Certification in supply management desirable.
- Good communication/Management skills, able to manage on team of 10 people
- High sense of job responsibility; Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others
- Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese & English
- Ability to make quick competent decisions in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive environment.
- Ability to work under pressure when needed
