要求熟悉激光行业，对激光技术有非常熟练的掌握。英文流利，有项目管理经验者优先。
Purpose of the position
— Develop Linde laser gases market share in China
— Development of new gas-related products and solutions for laser processing applications
— Work with key customers, OEMs and institutes to develop new products and solutions in order to achieve targets set for market segment Manufacturing Industry / application area laser processing in China / Asia
Principal responsibilities
— Contribute to Linde global laser technology strategy
— Develop knowledge of Chinese laser market dynamics including regional variations
— Determine in collaboration with other departments a suitable laser PSO if needed with regional variations
— Determine, in collaboration with other departments as needed, plans for rolling out of new supply solutions and gases products
— Plan, execute and manage research projects, development projects and demonstration projects with key customers, OEMs and research institutes, as appropriate
— Develop close cooperation with the top 5 laser OEMs in China to facilitate customer information exchange
— Monitor and record competitor activities
— Assist in market studies for new products and solutions
— Be driven by customer requirements, and provide technology feedback to other Linde departments
— Publish articles in technical journals, presentations on congresses, customer symposia, etc.
— Provide technical input for communication material, and contribute to international fairs/events
— Maintain, and contribute to, online knowledge management tools
Required key skills (functional/technical)
— Good technical, skills understanding practical needs
— Good ability to manage projects
— Good communication skills
— Ability to combine market needs with technical innovation
Required qualifications/experience
— University degree in relevant science (ideally engineering or applied physics)
— Good knowledge of industrial laser technology, applications and equipment
— Preferably 5 years experience in laser applications development, with a commercial focus
— Preferably 5 years experience in project management
— Good speaking and writing skills in English language
