职位描述：
EF is looking for a new TEK Team member for its Corporate Solutions (CS) division to play a key role in the continued growth of EF’s business in the World. TEK Team members are responsible for an efficient communication between the business and the product teams, ensuring the delivery and management of EF solutions and learning programs for Fortune 500 companies all around the world.

We are looking for someone with a problem-solving mind-set, the ability to think analytically, and strong interpersonal skills. The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
? Be the direct contact for all Customer Success Managers (CSM) for any request
? Help coordinate and drive global implementation of large scale projects through coordination with regional EF teams
? Identify actions for continuous improvement of CSM work life
? Foresee and react to problems rapidly with creative solutions
? Deploy integrated communication and marketing plans to help launch and promote EF within the client organization
? Identify product development opportunities from CSM and plan accordingly with the product teams
? Provide academic and project support to Sales and CSM teams during tenders and negotiations
? Contribute to best practice for all CS teams (academic, operations, sales, technical) to ensure successful design and delivery of language training
 
 
The ideal candidate:
? Demonstrated the ability to successfully interface with senior business stakeholders and develop long-term relationships with customers, preferably from large Fortune 500 companies; is a credible partner for EF Sales, Country Managers and CSM
? Service oriented and client focused approach to work
? Passion for helping the client unlock the value of our products and services
? Prefers to make decisions rather than avoid them
? Proactive with a team spirit, able to thrive under high pressure
? Strong data management and analytical skills
? Has a (concise) way with words
? Has an entrepreneurial spirit and is self-motivated
