职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment channels management, review and development;
2. Employer brand improvement from HR aspect;
3. Positions fulfillment including job posting, interview, offer issuing etc.;
4. Assist Manager on monitoring all staffing including onboarding, separation process management;
5. Maintain staff statistics, organization charts and various reports;
6. Leave, OT and attendance management;
7. Employee complaint management;
8. Assist with Training & Career Development;
9. Result analysis on training programs for training arrangement improvement;
10. Performance Management – Administer bi annual evaluation and bonus cycle, Budget and HR Policies and procedures;
11. Other Global HR projects such as Job grading, succession plan etc.;
12. Lead China office administration including but not limit to hotel, air ticket, visa, car, conference room arrangements, office suppliers’ management such as stationery, water etc.;
13. Lead the activities organization.

Job Requriements:
1. 4+ years in HR generalist or business partner experience;
2. Experience in MNC is preferred;
3. Good command of English in Written and oral;
4. Familiar with compensation, performance appraisal, training and other rules and process, familiar with labor laws, regulations and policies of the state;
5. Work under pressure and good patient with detail and accuracy oriented;
6. Ability to maintain confidential information;
7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
8. Must be self-directed and innovative, able to effectively prioritize tasks with good time management skills. 举报 分享
