· Identify business opportunities and implement required targets in a mutually agreed industry to succeed;

· Research and develop the strategies and plans which identify market opportunities and new project development.

· To develop personal relationship with key contacts at key customers and develop customer partnerships.

· Monitor and evaluates operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.

· Tasks after proven performance

· Manage sales staffs in China, including target setting, measures and performance control, etc.;

· To provide the leadership and coordination of Sales, to achieve highest possible customer satisfaction and positively impact employee satisfaction.

· Prepare and develop the team to achieve the business result and embrace the challenge ahead.

· Develop and manage the budget and oversee the development and the management of internal operating budget.

· Other related work assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor degree or above, preferable in Process Engineering. MBA desirable;

· Working Experience: at least 12 years working experience, preferably in the engineering and chemical industry; extensive sales and marketing experience in China with solid sales achievement;
