Responsibilities

l Direct availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products.

l Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.

l Stay informed of logistics technology advances, and apply appropriate technology in order to improve logistics processes.

l Plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities such as maintenance planning, repair analysis, and test equipment recommendations.

l Develop an understanding of customers' needs, and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.

l Participate in the assessment and review of design alternatives and design change proposal impacts.

l Explain proposed solutions to customers, management, or other interested parties through written proposals and oral presentations.

l Manage the logistical aspects of product life cycles, including coordination or provisioning of samples, and the minimization of obsolescence.

l Report project plans, progress, and results.

l Develop and implement technical project management tools such as plans, schedules, and responsibility and compliance matrices.

l Direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, and ensuring the availability of resources.

l Develop proposals that include documentation for estimates.

l Review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks and service agreements

l Develops and coordinates “milk run” programs.

l Works with Customer Service/Material Planning group to optimize inbound freight.

l Delegates training of forklift operators and maintains supporting documentation.

l Develop policies, procedures, methods, or standards

l Continues development in HazMat (training/auditing/site compliance)

l Maintains packaging certification as required by law for Hazardous Material.

l Coordinate, design and approve supplier expendable packaging to meet ergonomic, logistic, material handling and financial needs.

Qualification

Education & Major: Bachelor’s Degree in Materials and Logistics, Business Management.

Experience: 1-3 years of previous work experience in Traffic/Logistics Coordination or Management in a high-volume manufacturing requirements.

Certification:

Language & Computer Requirements: Fluent in English

百利得（湖州）汽车安全系统有限公司是由美国KSS公司投资设立的独资子公司。于2007年7月完成了工商注册，2009年开始投入生产。公司总占地面积100，000平方米，其总体战略目标要达到年产1200万件汽车安全系统及其相配套的电子控制装置及零配件；年销售额要达到11亿人民币，目前员工有500人左右，二期厂房目前正在建设中。
