Job Description:
1. Process safety owner to conduct process risk analysis, evaluation and final solution.
2. Define process, equipment and control principle in packaging plant.
3. Answer for operation troubleshooting, initiate investigation and correction activity.
4. Responsible for process and equipment optimization.
5. Responsible for equipment management to ensure good running.
6. Coordinate with operation & maintenance team to make high equipment utilization, lower cost and good quality performance.
7. Packaging materials specification controlling and machine parameters debugging.
8. Responsible for new technology introduction.
9. Provide training for operation team.

Qualifications Required:
1. University graduated with mechanical, chemical, industry engineering or related major.
2. Above 3 years experience of production or maintenance in packaging field.
3. Solid understanding of equipment technology.
4. Good oral, written English.
5. Communication and problem solving skills.
6. Basic knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, process/equipment, material, cost control, engineering.
