Position: QA Manager嘉兴-----涂料行业

Purpose of the Position 职位目的

2.1.3.1 Business Process Improvement

？ To provide strategic direction and leadership for process improvement at site/提供工厂过程改进的战略方向和指导

？ To work with other functions on process improvement by using various improvement tools /运用各类改进工具与其他部门合作以达到过程改进的目的

？ To involve in designing functional level policies or procedures and driving standardization/参与公司方针或程序的设计并使其标准化

？ To define business and operational requirements and establish process documents/定义业务部和运营的要求并建立过程文件

？ To understand & manage customer complaints and drive necessary process changes/理解并处理客户投诉并推动必要的过程变化

？ To measure process performance, report, review and drive improvement/测量过程表现， 报告， 评审并推动改进

2.1.3.2 Quality & HSF Management Systems

？ To serve as Quality & HSF Management Representative in ANIF site/担任质量和无有害物质体系的管理者代

？ To ensure that processes needed for the quality & Hazardous Substances Free (HSF) management systems are established, documented, implemented and maintained in order to meet business, internal, customer, certification & regulatory requirements /确保质量和无有害物质管理体系所需要的流程被建立、文件化、实施和维护，以满足业务、内部、客户、认证和法规的要求。

？ To report to top management on the performance of the quality & HSF management systems and any need for improvement/向最高管理层汇报质量和无有害物质管理体系的业绩和改进的需求。

？ To ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements, including HSF related requirements, throughout the organization/确保顾客要求包括HSF相关要求的意识在公司内的形成和提升

？ To liaise with external parties (e.g. certification body, customer, local authority, corporate HQ & etc.) on matters relating to the quality & HSF management systems/就质量和无有害物质管理体系的有关事宜与外部进行联络

2.1.4 Duties and Responsibilities 职责

2.1.4.1 To ensure proper and effective implementation of Quality & HSF Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001, CCC, ISO/TS16949, QC080000, statutory & regulatory requirements, customers specific requirements & corporate directives/根据ISO9001、CCC、ISO/TS16949、QC080000、法规和顾客规定的需求，以及总部的指示，正确和有效地实施质量和无有害物质管理体系。

2.1.4.2 To plan, conduct & follow-up internal audit 计划、实施和跟进内部审核

2.1.4.3 To plan, facilitate & follow-up monthly management meeting & yearly management review meeting 计划、推动和跟进月度管理会议以及年度管理评审会议

2.1.4.4 To coordinate Quality & HSF related second and third party audits 协调质量和无有害物质管理体系的二方和三方审核

2.1.4.5 To support Purchasing Department performing audit on suppliers 协助采购部实施供应商审核

2.1.4.6 To ensure corrections & corrective actions are taken without undue delay in accordance with external and internal audit findings根据内外部审核的发现，确保纠正和纠正措施在规定时限内被完成

2.1.4.7 To lead cross functional group developing Control Plan & FMEA领导跨部门小组开发控制计划和FMEA

2.1.4.8 To solve quality & HSF related problems by identifying & eliminating root cause using defined process (e.g. 8-D, error-proofing & etc.) 通过规定的流程（8D，防错等）识别和消除根本原因，解决质量和HSF问题

2.1.4.9 To study the characteristics & trends of processes & products and recommend continual improvement opportunities研决过程和产品的特性和趋势，建议改进的机会

2.1.4.10To drive continual improvement efforts by coordinating with other functions in establishing measurable quality objectives通过跨部门的协调，推动持续改进的成效，以建立可测量的质量目标。

2.1.4.11To coordinate, monitor, analyze, follow up & report of external customer complaints协调、监控、分析、跟进和报告外部顾客的投诉。

2.1.4.12To identify quality & HSF related training needs for the employees to complement the management systems requirements识别有关质量和HSF的培训需求，以满足体系管理的要求

2.1.5 HSEMS /QMS/HSF Compliance 安全、质量、HSF要求

2.1.5.1 Be an active participant in the company's initiatives to improve its Quality/HSF and HSE Management Systems.

作为发起人之一，改进质量、HSF管理体系

2.1.5.2 To set high standards of performance for all employees设立实施标准

2.1.5.3 Responsible for the safety, health and environmental protection within the areas of responsibility在职责范围内负责HSE

2.1.5.4 To ensure that the HSE Policy and procedures are understood and implemented in the areas of responsibility

确保HSF方针和程序在职责范围内被理解和实施。

2.1.6 Qualification Requirements资质要求

2.1.6.1 College degree & above 大专或以上学历

2.1.6.2 Minimums 5 years working experience in Quality, HSF & CCC Management Systems 至少5年质量、HSF和CCC管理体系的经验

2.1.6.3 Familiar with ISO9001, preferably with Leader Auditor certification

熟悉ISO9001，最好有主任审核员证书

2.1.6.4 Familiar with ISO/ TS16949 and its five core tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC,FMEA & MSA

熟悉ISO/TS16949及其五大核心工具，APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA

2.1.6.5 Familiar with HSF (QC080000) & CCC requirements熟悉HSF和CCC要求

2.1.6.6 Good English, both oral and written英语良好

2.1.6.7 Good Microsoft Office skills 电脑操作良好

2.1.6.8 Team work and good communication skill 具团队合作精神和沟通技巧
