Policy and Procedure
?Management of the Compliance documentation framework in SharePoint, including access, update and version control
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
?Organisation and management of BCM and Crisis Management documentation and testing for China offices
?Liaison with Regional Compliance Manager pertaining to BCM and Crisis Management activities
Regional Compliance
?Coordination of Compliance actions governed under Regional Compliance in the UK, such as Asset Management and Vendor Integrity
Compliance Awareness
?Communication to Company employees relating to areas of Compliance, Policy and Procedure and best practice
Management Testing
?Quarterly and ad-hoc review of Compliance practices and controls implemented by employees and reporting thereon
?Quarterly and ad-hoc review of Compliance practices and controls implemented by internal departments and reporting thereon
Client Review
?Preparation and issuance of required information and materials to support client reviews
?Assistance with client reviews and provision of support, including presentations, site tours and responses where required
