Project Transition Leader (项目交付主管)

General summary of Duties/Responsibilities:
- You will be joining a global team, working closely with colleagues who are based in the UK & US & HK & India; you will need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Our client is a major international investment bank; we develop, maintain and support their global 24 hour production system environment.
- The role can be highly pressured and requires good organizational and communication skills as well as excellent technical skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as key contactor of the production support team for the clients, both internal and external.
- Ensure the service is up to the required level, initiate and implement service improvement activities.
- Establish and maintain business process/procedures.
- Team Management, Carry out regular analysis on performance of the team and IT systems, identify risks and challenges and set action plans accordingly.
- Information cascading within the team.
- Implement performance appraisals for team members according to the company’s policy.
- Define scope of work for current team together with possible SLAs, KPIs to prepare for possible managed service transition.

Requirements:
- More than 5 years working experience in IT System Support.
- Good Unix and Oracle Skills.
- Rich team management experience.
- English skills must be excellent to speak confidently to people around the world.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Can demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Be innovative and able to design new solutions quickly.
