职位描述：
？ As a primary point of contact for key stakeholders of the clients
？ Work very closely with the client. Frequent travel to HZ or based in HZ. Also frequent travels to other cities according to client’s need.
？ Ensure key information/requests are effectively communicated to the relevant officers of C&W, escalate where necessary
？ Ensure client requests are being addressed timely and effectively
？ Set up a regional governance model and communication portal
？ Coordinate regular internal regional sharing sections to ensure all parties are informed of the most updated strategy/changes

Requirements

？ Bachelor degree above
？ Major in business admin/real estate/property management/facilities management
？ Over 5 years working experience, preferably real-estate related, e.g. lease management,
？ Strong leadership and communication skills
？ Strong Knowledge and experience of IFM services in MNCs
？ Good understanding the IFM contractual documents
？ Familiar with quality management system
？ Good command of Chinese and the English language (written and spoken)
？ Excellent communication skill
？ Young and innovative
