Responsibilities:
· Take charge of overall financial management for the company
· Ensure all accountings comply with PRC accounting and group standards（or US); supervise preparation of IFRS accounting
· Review monthly reports, analyze differences in the results and inform Management over the results and reasons for changes in costs, profits or sales
· Supervise preparation of special reports in accordance with guidelines
· Make risk analysis for customers and recommendations for credit limits
· Initiate ad-hoc analysis for Divisions, Controller Asia and GM
· Take charge of year-end closing, internet banking supervision, and ensuring enough funds to run operation
· Care for adequate training of accounting staff in cooperation with head of accounting
· Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· University degree or above with major in relevant subjects
· Strong finical background with rich financial management experience
· Working experience in international companies would be preferable
· Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
· Good financial acumen, good at cross-function coordination
·Fluent in English both spoken and written
· Logical thinking, good analysis skill
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Good interpersonal skill
· Good leadership and team spirit
· Able to work under pressure
· Carefulness, stable and reliable
