Job Responsibilities:
- Implement production plan, control production cost, coordinate with QS, planning, SCM, etc.
- Hold weekly and monthly production meeting, tracking KPI, define and implement action plan
- Organize, monitor and improve the production process according to technical and quality
- Lead, coordinate and motivate team members within production organization
- Define the qualification matrix and production staff, make and implement the training plan


Qualification Requirements:
- College above
-min 2 years’ experience on production manager/supervisor position in automotive/mechanical industry， MNC experience a plus
- Good technical knowledge of production, including manufacturing technology such as machining, assembly, etc. Familiar with TS16949.
- Good team management experience and skills such as objective management, task assignment, team engagement, etc.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Mature, can do attitude. Good interpersonal skills
- Logical thinking, good communication and coordination skills
