职位描述：
Job Duties
? Take leading responsibility in all customer complaints, specify global customer such as John Deere, CNH and others. including complaint information collection and sorting, feedback customer complaint information to quality team etc.
? Take part in root cause analysis to the quality problem, follow problem solving schedule, and push the corrective /preventive action in plant and suppliers through related functions
? Manage and continuously improve customer complaint management system.
? Responsible for leading company customer satisfaction survey and related action plan.
? Provide data for warranty service budget plan and control spending according to the budget.
? Maintain Wisper system and handle customer return goods according to RGA procedure.
? Follow up internal shipment quality control and focus on core customer quality improvement continuously.
? Performs other duties as immediate superior assigned.

Requirements
? Need Engineering Bachelor’s Degree, minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical line.
? Strong organizational skills required to maintain and improve Customer Quality systems, processes and procedures.
? Demonstrate strong knowledge of analytical skills, in regarding to statistics needed for SPC and other quality metrics and tools (8D, 5 why, FMEA, SPC, DOE, APQP etc.).
? Strong knowledge to evaluate failure analysis findings, evaluate or define containment actions.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with all levels of management, engineering groups, external suppliers and customers.
? Highly motivated, able to work independently, able to coordinate the activities of a diverse group of professionals, and contribute to increasing the quality of business processes and decisions.
? Fluent English speaking and writing
? Capable of frequency travel to customer location and factory. 举报 分享
