Responsibilities:
Provide day to day management and leadership in all areas of Finance, IT, Human Resource and Administration.
Oversee and develop the budgeting, financial analysis, financial and management reporting
Ensure that the financial systems, personnel and processes provide the necessary information to make the best business decisions.
Build credibility with management and staff by understanding the business and providing insight about the key performance drivers.
Oversee and develop financial reporting systems which provide better real time information.
Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate accounting department staff for Suzhou and Jiangyin plants to ensure maximum productive and employee engagement.
Facilitate and support the annual review by outside auditors, resulting in an unqualified opinion and the timely submittal of tax returns.
Implement, maintain and support the IT System, network infrastructure, servers, desktop computers, mobile devices to support the business functions
HR administrations, recruit new employees, draft and keep record of employment agreement, set up and implement employee annual performance review system.
Draft and update internal regulations, staff pension and housing fund management
Monitor offices daily administrative issues
Deal with tax bureaus, financial bureaus, banks, and other relevant authorities
Requirements:
Four year University Degree with a major in finance or accounting is required. MBA or CPA preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of total business experience including several years managing the financial aspects of complex businesses.
Proven track record managing the financial operations of a multi-location foreign owned business.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Chinese are required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast paced, team environment.
Consistently demonstrates good judgment and work independently in the absence of explicit instructions.
Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
Personal Characteristics:
