ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Deploys the customer relationship review (CRR) process and assists in developing action plans to improve customer satisfaction performance.
B. Overall responsibility for meeting the schedule, scope, cost and technical targets for FEPC products in the platforms and/or program.
C. Discover customer needs, work with R&D to recommend product, develop quotes, and offer value propositions to win new business.
D. Leads the development of the regional customer strategy for the annual profit and 5-year strategic plans. Support competitive intelligence efforts, provide marketing input for regional business opportunities, and support the development of value proposition for new products and pricing strategies.
E. Provides regional VOC input to Product Development process (PROLaunch).
F. Conduct business practices under established quality systems. Ensure legal, ethical and contractual conditions are maintained with customers.
G. Works in cross-disciplinary manner with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Program Management, Engineering, etc.) to assure strong, effective relationships to promote the sales of FEPC products.
H. Support and meet operation target (e.g. DOH, DSO) by providing quality customer demand forecast and ensure on time account receivable.
I. Support all Eaton Business System tasks assigned to the Sales and Marketing function (including ProLaunch, Value Cycle, EBEA, TS, est.)
J. Performs additional functions as required.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
? Understanding of China market/business issues, especially fuel system related market/customer
? Work experience with China Auto OEMs in fuel system industry (fuel tank and related components);
? Ability to work autonomously and results oriented;
? Strong organizational skills and experience
? Experience in cross-regional communication with teams in NAFTA, EMEA, APAC countries
? Demonstrated ability to plan, lead and execute technical development projects with cross functional teams
? Experience with managing customer relationship
? BS in Engineering (or similar technical degree)
? 5+ years of experience in automotive industry, prefer fuel system industry (fuel tan and related components)
