岗位职责：
New Products Development：
1. Provide support to and work with R&D USA for the new products development for both China facility and headquarter USA. Recommend and plan research programs for developing new products.
2. Initiate new products design according to sales and marketing strategy.
3. Set up CTQ specification and work closely with R & D USA for new adhesive tape development and modification.
4. Work out development project plan, cooperate and work with cross-functional, cross-regional team members for different projects.
5. Performance design of experiment, analyze and evaluate developed products.
6. Responsible for the lab equipments management and purchasing recommendation and suggestions for the projects or new products.
7. Design new products construction and properties based on customer requirement, and accordingly participate in screening and evaluating raw materials and suppliers.
8. Continually maintain surveillance on assigned products to assure conformance to specifications and locate and correct problems.
9. Technical activities cover adhesive formulating, film/ release liner qualification, pilot trial, scale-up trial and customer test.
10. Prepare summaries and periodic detailed reports on the new product development projects to Managing Director and R&D USA as required.
Technical Support & Others:
1. Provide technical support in the changes in the existing product structures, manufacturing methods, process and equipment in order to improve product quality, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
2. Maintain technical awareness of materials and general technology of the industry through literature study, supplier contacts and technical meetings.
3. Other responsibilities as directed by Managing Director or counterparts in USA.
岗位要求：
1、化学或材料类相关专业，硕士或博士学历，至少7年以上工作经验；
2、有压敏胶水、胶带或不干胶产品研发、测试、配方设定工作经验；
3、英语精通，良好的分析解决问题的能力；
