Retail Operation & AR Finance Manager performs the key role in providing financial service & conduct rigorous control to Own Operated Stores, eCommerce & Franchisee sales operation.
? Develop and establish financial policies and procedures in compliance with Corporate Guideline to meet O&O, eCommerce & Franchisee sales needs and ensure the execution.
? Timely and accurate booking to deliver accurate retail accounting & revenue recognition; Conduct monthly retail store reconciliations covering POS, SAP and Department Store;
? Accurate calculation of franchisee subsidy reimbursement, and ensure the payment supporting is sufficient and in compliance;
? Rigorous inventory management by monthly store cycle count of store inventory & channel inventory and conduct PI variance analysis and clean up.
? Support company for credit monitoring & timely AR collection;
? Sales Contract Management with complete contract records, contract filing and monitoring contract review process;
? Drive operation efficiency by measuring SSC/Outsource Service transition and SSC/Outsource service management;
? Conduct monthly balance sheet review and follow-up timely on outstanding issues;
? Continues review and make recommendations to improve the China finance reporting, systems and operation processes in order to enhance overall efficiency and cost savings;
